Refund Policy

If you choose to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, notice must be given in writing within 1 working day of receiving the goods. Notice may be sent by e-mail to: office@terriannsdietplans.co.uk

  • Please note that, unless the item is damaged or has been delivered in error, you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us
Once discussed with the head office Please return to Prime Business Centre, Terriann 123 Diet Plan, Suite 15, Millfield Estate, Doncaster, DN5 0SJ.

We reserve the right to make a 20% restocking charge for any goods which are not returned in perfect unused condition or to refuse to accept such goods, at our sole discretion. Our postage costs and return postage cost will not be refunded. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Once we receive notification from you that you wish to cancel your the goods they must be returned within 7 working days. Once goods are received a refund will be credited within 30 days.

By purchasing our plan and membership you have agreed to our refund policy and contract. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Our Memberships

1) Memberships are non-transferable and strictly for use by the named member as listed on the order system.

2) under 18s will not be authorised.

3) The TerriAnn New You Plan reserves the right to refuse or withdraw the offer of membership at any time.

4) The TerriAnn New You Plan reserves the right to cancel, change or amend memberships at any time and without notice.

5) Your membership remains valid for the duration of your membership.
