  • What is The TerriAnn New You Plan?

    The TerriAnn New You Plan is a healthy calorie-controlled eating plan plus a helpful go to guide for all stages of life from couples, families to new mums and the menopause, the books are packed full of useful tips and advice on how to stay healthy whilst also living your best life. The bundle consists of two books and access to the online members Hub which will be monitored 7 days a week.

  • Who is TerriAnn Nunns?

    Terri-Ann Nunns is a social entrepreneur and creator of The Terri-Ann 123 Diet Plan, TerriAnn V Plan, The TerriAnn Food and Mood Guide, The TerriAnn 7 Day Slim and The TerriAnn Kickstart Plan. Terri-Ann found success in 2011 after losing over 7 stone which she had gained after she suffered post-natal depression and a marriage breakdown. Terri-Ann created the weight loss plan which has gone on to help over 80k people lose as much as 12 stone and has transformed hundreds of people’s lives whilst bringing up her four children.

  • Is the diet plan dietitian approved?

    Yes, the diet plan is approved by leading dietitian Ro Huntriss. Ro worked closely with TerriAnn to develop a healthy sustainable plan.

  • How much is delivery, and do you deliver internationally?

    The delivery cost within the UK is just £2.99 for a 2nd class post by Royal Mail. We deliver worldwide our delivery costs for Europe and Worldwide is as follows:

    Europe - £4.99
    Worldwide - £6.99

  • What’s included with my bundle?

    The bundle consists of two books and lifetime access to the online members Hub which will be monitored 5 days a week. The books include everything to guide you through all stages of life. We have included daily routines, meal plans, meal prep, recipes, a shopping list, exercise plans, socialising and mental well-being advice, plus 28 blank food diaries for you to log your journey.

  • How long does my membership last?

    Your membership is a lifetime membership at no extra costs other than the payment when you join.

  • Support

  • How do I join the official members hub?

    Once you receive your plan that includes your membership, visit our members Hub and send us your payment email address. We will verify your membership and add you to the group

  • What support will I receive whilst I am on the plan?

    Once you join The TerriAnn New You Plan you will be sent the manual via 2nd class post and then given access to the Official Facebook members Hub. If you have a question about the plan, want some support, or simply just need some motivation, our team will be on hand to help you!

    We offer daily support during the following hours:

    Monday to Friday – 9am to 3pm

    You can ask questions in the support group The TerriAnn New You Plan – Official members Hub, or via email office@terriannsdietplans.co.uk or via telephone: 01302 873775

    Don’t worry if you need support outside of these hours, just leave us a message and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

  • Do I get help and support from TerriAnn?

    Yes, Terri-Ann will be available at times for support and live chats.

  • The Plan

  • Is the TerriAnn New You Plan the same as The TerriAnn 123 Diet Plan?

    No, it is a completely different product. The TerriAnn New You Plan is mainly based around calories, not around different food groups, it also has 2 other principles to follow. The TerriAnn New You Plan has no restrictions on any food groups.

  • Can the whole family enjoy the meals?

    The plan has been designed around a family lifestyle so the whole family can enjoy the delicious food. Some of our recipes within the book have a stamp approval by our children.

  • Can I eat carbohydrates on this plan?

    Yes, there are no restrictions on any food groups, you could enjoy carbohydrates with every meal as long as it’s within your calorie guidelines.

  • What if I don't like a food item on the plan?

    Don’t worry - you make your own meals according to the calorie intake so you can opt out of any foods you do not like.

  • Do I have to eat my meals at specific times?

    No, you can eat at a time to suit your family or lifestyle as long as it’s within the 8-hour window.

  • I work shifts would it be suitable?

    Yes, it would work well with a busy lifestyle and was designed for that purpose. We would advise that you pre-make your meals for the days you are on shift to ensure you stay on plan.

  • Can I enjoy treats?

    The plan has been designed so you can enjoy a treat once a week as Terri-Ann believes everyone deserves a treat. Once a week, you will be given additional calories to use as you wish.

  • Can I eat out on the plan?

    Yes, the plan is a very sociable plan. We provide help and guidance on good choices when eating out.

  • What can I eat from a takeaway or if I’m eating out?

    We have provided you a list of take away and eating out ideas in your plan.

  • Can I follow the plan if I am a vegan or vegetarian?

    Yes, you can follow the plan if you are vegan or vegetarian as you control your own food choices. We have also included some vegetarian recipes.

  • Can I follow the plan with food intolerances?

    Yes, we advise that you make adjustments to suit your intolerance as you would normally.

  • Do I have to drink shakes or take supplements?

    No pills, potions, shakes or creams - The TerriAnn New You Plan is designed to suit busy lifestyles without being restrictive or complicated.

  • Can I have fizzy drinks?

    Yes, you can although we recommend limiting your intake. Remember that fizzy drinks which contain sugar contain calories so if you want to have fizzy drinks, choose the sugar-free versions.

  • Can I drink alcohol on the plan?

    We advise that women that are breastfeeding do not consume alcohol as the alcohol can reach the breastmilk and therefore the baby. For those that are not breastfeeding we recommend adhering to government guidelines of drinking no more than 14 units per week, to have at least a couple of alcohol-free days in the week and avoiding drinking large volumes of alcohol at any one time. Remember that alcohol contains calories too so allow for this within your calorie allowances if you do choose to consume alcohol.

  • How much weight can I expect to lose on the plan?

    Whether you have a lot or a little weight to lose, we can help you reach your weight loss goals. The plan supports the recommended healthy, sustainable weight loss. Our weight loss results may vary due to a variety of personal factors - remember everybody is different.

  • Is exercise compulsory?

    Exercise isn’t compulsory although we do encourage some exercise for maximum results. This can include gentle exercise such as a brisk walk, family swim or doing 6 loads of washing!

    Always check with a health professional before undertaking any exercise regime.

  • Medical & Pregnancy

  • Can I follow the plan with a pre-existing medical condition?

    If you have a pre-existing medical condition, it is always best to consult a doctor/nurse before starting on any new diet plan. Your health is important so make sure you take care of yourself and listen to your body.

  • Is the plan safe to do whilst pregnant?

    We do not recommend dieting or beginning any new exercise regime whilst pregnant.

  • How soon after giving birth can I start the plan?

    Your body needs time to recover from the pregnancy and the labour of having a baby. Take a few weeks to enjoy your new bundle of joy and don’t rush your weight loss journey. Your postnatal check will usually happen between six weeks and eight weeks post birth so this is usually around the time when your midwife / health professional will confirm whether it is safe for you to start a restricted diet plan and any exercise you may wish to undertake.

  • Can I follow the plan breast feeding?

    Yes, we have designed the plan, so it is suitable for breast feeding mums too. Please read the Breastfeeding chapter and always seek advice from your health professional before undertaking any diet regimes, particularly when pregnant or breastfeeding.

  • Does breast feeding promote weight loss?

    If you follow a nutritionally balanced plan, breastfeeding can help you lose your pregnancy weight without compromising either your health, or your baby's health. You also naturally burn calories to make breast milk every time you nurse.

  • Do I need to take multivitamins?

    Please find nutritional supplement recommendations in the breastfeeding section. Although it may not be essential you may wish to consider taking a multivitamin and mineral supplement, especially if breastfeeding to ensure an optimal intake of vitamins and minerals in your diet.
